Personal Training is about providing support and knowledge in a safe environment to help you reach your fitness goals.
As a personal training coach, making my clients feel comfortable is of the upmost importance. Training is about having fun and should never feel like a chore. Each and every one of my clients has a different goal and I am focused on developing a programme that is challenging but enjoyable to help and support them achieve their goals.
At the studio I will spend time analysing each of my clients capabilities, talk about it and together we tailor a unique programme to suit their own personal goals.
1-1 coaching has given me the opportunity to help people change their lives. My knowledge and expertise enables me to take my clients to a place they never thought was possible. I want to show my clients that improving your health, fitness and physical appearance is not an impossible task. With my guidance and coaching paired with your sheer commitment and determination, anything is achievable.
I understand everyone’s lifestyles are different and fitting in time to train and keep fit can be a challenge along with being costly. At DMF Fitness I can offer flexible times to try and fit in with you and your working day. I also provide Group Personal Training which is great way to spread the cost. It’s the perfect chance to get your friends and family involved, have some fun but ultimately burn some calories and keep fit.
What does it Cost?
1 to 1 Personal Training session – £50 per hour
Tailored training to maximise your results (minimum of x2 per week)
All payments are taken in full at the start of each month.
We ask for a commitment of 2 months to ensure you receive the best possible results.
